Who we are
Klinner Insurance was organized in 1946 in Medford, WI by Robert W. Klinner. The agency was incorporated in 1952 and began growing from a one person business into a large, multi-line agency. Through long range planning, agency perpetuation and excellent customer oriented service, Klinner Insurance has grown to be one of the largest insurance agencies in Northern Wisconsin.
Klinner Insurance is an independent insurance agency. Our agency represents a carefully selected group of financially sound insurance companies. These companies allow our agency to provide quality coverage for a reasonable price.
Our staff is experienced, educated and friendly. We embrace technology to assist us in our quest to provide you with excellent service. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge and timely responses to your concerns. We are passionate about what we do. Our great customer service starts where it should – with a live receptionist.
We, the leaders and staff members of Klinner Insurance, are guided in our activities and behaviors by the following values which we share with each other:
We strive to consistently deliver services that exceed the expectations of our clients.
We strive to establish and maintain open and honest relationships with our clients, our insurance carriers and with each other.
We strive to communicate openly and directly, yet with caring for the feelings and needs of others, including the need to be listened to and understood.
We acknowledge and appreciate our interdependence, and we strive to maximize our cooperation with and contributions to group initiatives and goals.
Integrity and Ethics
We strive to achieve the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
We are dedicated to being the best we can be, which means that we never stop seeking improvements in the services we deliver, in our productivity, and in our technical expertise.
We will strive to treat others as we would like to be treated. We will always put the needs of our clients and the needs of our agency above our individual interests.
